Budget Rent A Car

I am rating Budget Car Rentals in Asheville NC near Sears. If i could give this place a zero i assure you i would give them a negative. My friend made an appointment at 6 O' Clock to rent a vehicle from them. Her son (who is only 2 yrs old) has a Brain Disorder called Chiari Malformation and needed to go to a Specialized Hospital in Durham for further treatment, But as they were walking to the door, the lady inside looks directly at them and locks the door right as they are standing in front of it, then turns around and starts shutting everything down and closes the door! When she walks out to her car they tried explaining that they have to get to Durham & that they had a reservation to rent a car & she literally looks at them & says "Oh well I'm going home!" and RUNS to her car & chuckles!! We all had to get a hotel room and come back the next morning! NEVER recommending this place to anyone!!!!!
