Dr Seal did a great job removing my daughter's tonsils & adenoids. She had a smooth surgery and great recovery. Very little wait times for appointments at the office.

I've reached the end of my rope with this practice. The receptionist is lovely, patient,

smiley and helpful. The audiologist made an

effort to quickly assist me. I walked in but had an appt. for a different issue scheduled the following week.



My head where an implant had been done (cochlear - yes, now some of the office knows who I am) was in various degrees of pain. I saw the doctor who knows one of the three implant companies. That's not a problem. He specifically asked me to give him my implant's surgeon's name and he was going to call him to see what could be done. Seemed great and nice and it's not what happened.



I drove home (not far) and got the number and drove back all within about 10 mins. I said why the doctor there wanted it and made sure I was clear. The following day, we rec'd a phone call from the office saying they made an appt. for me with my surgeon - 300 mi. away. I hadn't authorized it and they made an appt. literally in the dark. They don't know my family's schedule. I thought doing that was absolutely ludicrous. They canceled it. I wasn't going to have my partner do that. The doctor here never did contact my specialist as I spoke to him several days after.



I had an appt. for another issue since early June. I knew part of the appt. had been canceled but the ENTIRE appt. was canceled.

I was frustrated then livid because of the next problem from the office. As I was walking out, I was called back and told by the woman who canceled the doctor's appt. she said CLEARLY she was going to write in my records I canceled the appt. I was told this was how it was going to be. I agreed and realized later, she asked me to lie - NO! All I wanted to do was get out of the office.



I wrote whoever controls the patient portal I was asked to lie. There must have been a reason but lying is unacceptable. I will not be a fall guy for that woman. Record-wise, they'd see the appt. had been canceled before I arrived today to nothing but aggravation.



My choice was to wait for the doctor to finish with a patient and see if he'd see me. I'm a mile away. If he could see me, I'd get a call and bet there in five minutes. When the woman who canceled the appt. came out, she said the doctor was booked and I would not be able to see him today. That was enough. I left.



They will have their excuses for doing this. My partner got a call from them before I got home. The woman was nice (didn't know what transpired) and may have apologized but did recommend something that may or may not work. They're not all bad there but I've had enough of this practice. There are a number of ENTs there. I'll drive an hour or more away where I know the entire ENT office is intact. I really would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
