        Overall

        We found Melanie on the internet and she responded quickly to our call, set up an appointment and came right on over. She has a lovely, calm and competent presence. It was pleasant to have her in the house working on our old upright. She followed up a few days later and came back to tweak a couple of things until we were all satisfied that everything was right. We're once again enjoying our piano! Bonus; Melanie gave us a little concert when she'd finished and she is quite an accomplished musician~ Surprise and delight! We will definitely call her again to keep us all tuned up! Thanks, Melanie!
