Like New PC's

The store owner Brandon is a scammer. He stole $5000 from me.
On Feb 22, Brandon took away 13 products that needed to be repaired, which included 11 laptops, a webcam, and a power supply.
On March 3, I received Brandon’s message that asked me to call his store. I called it right away and the staff who worked at the store told me some repair information and estimated cost for each unit. I asked the staff send me email to confirm the detailed information and cost that he just told me. But I received nothing.
On June. 18, I text the owner Brandon and asked if my devices were ready for pickup. Three hours later, I received the response. I was told they recycled my nearly $5,000 devices. Apparently, they ripped off $5,000 from me. To make his theft legal, he even consulted an attorney. He'd rather take the time to consult attorney than took five seconds to request me to make a payment. This was apparently a well-planned theft. Can I show you all our communication records?
On October 6, I received a text message from the Brandon, who asked me to pick up some of my equipment from the store (I think he said he recycled all of my products). At the time I was even a little excited because I thought they were returning my products. It turned out I was so wrong, I should never trust a store that makes money by scamming and cheating. I went to the store on Oct. 8, accompanied by a police officer. They only gave me 3 crappy laptops. There conditions were bad. I believe they were my original one. When I asked the staff who gave me the three laptops where were the rest of my devices, just before he said anything, another staff rushed up to him and said Brandon told them not waste a single word with me and made me leave.
I went court and provided every single proof that the store owner was a theft and stole my $5000 product. The judge ruled in my favor, but I only won $529, which is one-tenth of what the store stole from me.

I don't agree with the previous post about the return policy and the prices. I feel that this place has worked very hard with myself and their current clientele to make sure they are happy with the results of the repairs and the items sold in the store. They may not have tons of parts available, but what they do have is priced accordingly. I understand a store has overhead and has to provide a warranty, so I would not expect eBay prices, but its NOTHING like buying a used computer for the price of a new one. The prices are fair for the items sold. Where else can you find a computer for around $100 that's only 2 - 3 years old? I think that if you are a technically inclined, and have done repairs for people before, you should just continue to order your stuff online and go here when you know they have something you need right away. Like New is by far the best used computer place in the North Metro Denver area... To each their own, but I think the previous post was from someone that just had to run his mouth...

Their return policy is an absolute joke, aimed at shafting customers. More of a scam than a store. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Basically I would recommend not going to this place. Their prices are so high. Almost 3 times over. I know how much this stuff costs, and how hard it is to get, and there are no reasons for these high prices. I honestly feel bad for the older people who take there computer here for repair and get ripped off. I ended up leaving and buying nothing. I suggest you do the same !

When my husband and I stopped in to see what they had we didn't think we would be buying anything. But the deals they have there are amazing. We got a tower with a dvd player, cd burner and lots of memory for cheap!!!!! I will buy all my "new" computer parts there!! Very friendly and helpful staff, I couldn't be happier.
