        grumpy manager

        The Manager of this establishment could use a few lessons in customer service. He Never greets anybody at the door with a smile and welcome Instead you are greeted at the door with a glare and a look of suspicion.. The business is filthy and badly in need of an upgrade. My wife and I are both in our early 50's Not teenagers that would typically cause any kind of trouble at a movie theater.. Until this man is either retrained or is transferred my wife and I will take our business elsewhere.

        Yeah the price is going up faster than gas prices but I can still buy tickets if I shop online for $7.50 in 2010 now. What I like about this theater the ushers do their job, they walk in the theater and check for cell phone, texting, talking and etc so people won't ruin the movie experience. In downtown San Luis Obispo the Movie Experience does the opposite of that, I never go there. The Regal is still the best place to go in my opinion and they do so so job keeping it clean.
