Atrocious! Absolutely appalling. The customer service was the worst part of my visit at this particular location. I have been to multiple Wendy's in different states and this experience tops them all on top of any other fast food corp. I have ever visited. The manager Sam has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Her tone is unempathetic. She was very rude and careless when speaking to an unsatisfied customer. She actually hung up on me 4 times in a row when she was asked to give me their corporate number. Noone yelled at this girl, noone cursed at this girl, and noone threatened this girl. There was no reason to hang up on anybody thats already upset with the business you are providing and in conrol of. This girl should not be a manager. When things get a little shaky she breaks down and obviously can't even handle a complaint over the phone. Very sad for Wendy's. Their food is still amazing! However, do not go through the drive thru and hopefully you don't have a complaint and get Sam!
