        LOL I moved out here 4 years ago it was great Then sometime in the last year something change. They should stop having kids night it is horrible they never have any pizza out and when they do it is never cheese ITS KIDS NIGHT lol . Do not waste your time or money on this location

        Horrible experience 11-04-14

        "We had 2 adults and 1 child on Tuesday all you can eat buffet until 8. We arrived at 6:30. Total of 4 pieces of cold pizza no breadsticks. No cheese for salad. No ranch dressing, no mushrooms. Waitress was busy cleaning the dining room, and nobody else around to fill the food. We had to ask for her to fill items, which seemed like a big deal to her. We were in there for over an hour and they never brought out new fresh pizza. We had to leave, we have a kindergartener to get home and ready for bed. We were only made to pay for 1 adult all you can eat, after we complained. But was never offered an apology? She could have at least told us it would be an hour or so before the dinner buffet is ready. We would have ordered from the menu. We will never go back to the Arnold Location on Richardson! "

        Pizza hut Arnold

        I was very happy with our service and the food was hot and fresh . I would recommend this place to everyone . Can't wait to go back !
