Splendid China

I have been eating at Splendid China for 20 years, no more!



We brought our own tea when we dine in for years, and the staff have never had a problem with this.



Last night we were there and the male owner saw the tea pitcher on our table and very rudely asked "what is that, wine? and I said no its just tea.



He then walked outside looking back at us. We asked our waitress was this a problem, she said "no, he is crazy."



Then the male owner came back in, and came over to our table and rudely shouted at us "you bring your own tea, you bring your own cup."



He then walked outside again.



We told the waitress that he was rude and that's not the way you treat customers, especially ones that having been coming in at least once a week for 20 years.



We got up and left, and will not return.



Unless you enjoy being treated like we were, do not go to this business.

the food was great and the customer service was exemplary

I ate lunch there today and will never go back.

The "hot and sour" soup was orange-pink and had very little solid matter or flavor in it.

the Triple Delight tasted mainly of old onions. The meats had a strange spongy consistency. I ate very little of it and gave up.

As soon as I left I chewed gum just to get the taste out of my mouth!

Splendid China is a great cheap place to eat if you love Chinese food. The service is great!

Been going to this place with my family for years! Now my fiancee and I are usual goers! Excellent food and friendly service! :)

We always order delivery, food is very good and the price is fair. The delivery service is friendly and they are usually on time. We have used them for over 8 years and give them an A for quality.

i love this place it always is a pleasure to go to this place,they treat me right every time i go in.the food is in great porportion and good.

the food is great! they deliver and they are always on time and the order is never wrong. when i go for lunch, the service is awesome. you gotta go!
