        Hiley VW is your typical car dealership, interested in churning people in and out, purely sales oriented. I couldn't tell you how many times the sales person, Ken Erwin, asked me the same questions over and over; yet still managed to get things wrong. I could go on and on about the experience I had with Hiley but just imagine that typical smiling car sales man that has everything going in one ear and out the other and you'll have a spot on idea of what Hiley is like. Too bad though 'cause I live right near their new GMC dealership and would have taken my Sierra there for it's service, but I'll be going to Moritz for that now. Autobahn in Fort Worth is a much friendlier VW dealer, straight forward and none of the old worn out car sales man tricks.

        INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT - CROOKS

        These people took advantage of my 65 year old Mother. She took her car in because the engine light came on. They charged her $1800 to fix it and a year warranty on the "work". A week later the light came back on. They told her it "must be a different problem" causing the light to come back on. Then the people she was dealing with would not even come to the phone to talk to her. I would not want to do business with a company that is in the habit of cheating people out of their money. Their lack competency and customer service is DEPLORABLE. We have filed a report with the BBB. I recommend you take it ANYWHERE else. These people do not know what they are doing!!!
