        Overall

        Unfortunately, would give a negative star if i could. We followed City Collisions instructions of when to drop off, when to pick up car; they were working with insurance after my husband and I were hit. They arranged for enterprise car rental our pick up and drop off time, we merely showed up. Later we were charged by enterprise almost $200-come to find out, determined by the insurance companies, that city collision was in error. Made contact with owner who said he would fix it and then never heard from him again, even after we attempted many times to contact him. Very disappointing. Take ownership for your mistake, refund $ when it's obvious that it is your error. would not recommend and do not plan on ever returning.
