Park Avenue Health Center

I want to share my sincere admiration and appreciate the staff at Park Avenue Health Center. Throughout my mother's stay the entire staff has shown genuine kindness, concern, and professionalism on a consistent basis. My family will forever be grateful.

I chose to come back to Park Ave because 5 years ago they did such a good job at rehabilitating me. The staff here are nice and treat me well. When I was able to get up and walk the hall, this is when I knew I was getting better. Whenever I see the nurse’s aide Krishna, I feel better and it is like medicine itself. She is great at giving me fluids, putting my bed right, and giving the care I need. She stands out. It’s very important to have good staff because it is hard enough to be going through different ailments and Park Ave does.

From the aids up they were very attentive and caring to their patients. Sometimes there are minor glitches but they rectify and continue doing their job thoroughly and professionally. The therapy department does an outstanding job in their assigned tasks and they make sure that the patient is treated with the proper equipment and guidance for the end result. They are outstanding! I must include the meals-they are put together by the chefs and staff and they deserve to be noticed and recognized. It takes all that are involved in the park ave establishment to succeed in their mission as a team.
