        A friendly Middlesex County family law office My name is Robert P. Murray, and I have devoted my law practice primarily to family law and estate planning in Massachusetts. With more than 36 years of experience in areas of family law, divorce, mediation, estate planning, real estate and related matters, I pride myself on providing clients with high-quality and efficient personal service. I take the time to talk with my clients so that I can understand their unique situation. I explain the laws that apply to their case and I am straightforward with them about what is happening with their case. I don’t just tell them what I think they want to hear, and I think people appreciate that. I know that many times when people seek my services they are going through a difficult period in their lives. I am pleased to be able to remove some of their burdens by providing the same level of courtesy and advocacy that I would provide to a member of my own family. With my mediation experience, I do not rush into litigation when negotiation and alternative dispute resolution can serve as more efficient, cost-effective and less contentious ways of obtaining the results you seek. However, I do serve as a skilled litigator in Massachusetts courts when negotiation does not reach the desired objective. My family law office in Massachusetts is committed to high-quality service.         Great one-on-one attorney. Very knowledgeable, caring and capable. He treats each client as if he/she were his only client. He handled my fairly complex divorce expertly. Good trial attorney. I've also used him for my Will and other matters.
