This is a joke of an office. Everyone here is rude and can't be bothered to even be polite to the patients. The doctors are not up to date, and the diabetes educator, Jenna, will charge you for equipment that is broken, and then lose the equipment when you return it and charge you for keeping it. The phones are not answered every day, so you can forget about getting a hold of anyone if you have a question. Horrible place.

The negative reviews must be for some other practice. I've been a patient for nearly 20 years and am extremely happy with the knowledgable caring, accessable MDs, courteous staff and RNs. I also appreciate the convenience of their on-site lab. I have referred others to Sub Endo. Yes, you usually do have to wait, as with most MD offices. I appreciate that I am not rushed when I have questions & concerns; I'm sure others feel the same way and that contributes to the wait time. My phone calls have always been returned promptly. I definitely will remain a patient, as long as their practice is in business. This group has literally been a life saver for me.

The most unprofessional, lazy ...

The most unprofessional, lazy and rude doctors office I have ever been to.

Upon arriving and checking in, I waited half an hour past my appointment time. Finally getting into the room, my doctor (Dr. Soruco) was extremely unfriendly and stopped me short whenever I tried to explain anything. I had a rare genetic cancer on my thyroid and explained to him that I am having difficulties with sleep, etc. He could care less. He just said we would do bloodwork and that was that. He also argued with me about filling out a fit to return to work form. He told me that I had to go back to my primary care doctor when I was there already and he was my endocrinologist and he should fill it out.

After my visit with him and waiting on bloodwork, the receptionists proceeded to argue about someone not following protocol when making appointments. They started yelling/screaming at one another and even cussed - in front of PATIENTS.

When scheduling my next appointment (I am cancelling it now) I told the receptionist that I needed some paperwork sent to my disability company. She said thats fine, talk to your doctors nurse. Never did she mention there was a charge to fax this.

I had my disability company contact them with instructions on what to do and the doctors office told them they needed a written approval from me (NEVER INFORMED ME WHEN I WAS ACTUALLY THERE) plus there is a fee and will not fax anything until payment and waiver received. Once that was taken care of, the disability company followed up with them on Friday (I was there Monday) to see if the paperwork was submitted. They had to call numerous times to speak to someone named Maria who told them the paperwork was not submitted and "she would get to it when she gets to it". That pisses me off b/c WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE SOMEONE TO FAX SOMETHING AND THEN NOT EVEN DO IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. Because of her laziness, it has impacted me in more ways than one. It took her 2 weeks to fax over the paperwork (that takes a few minutes I might add) and then find out she faxed in the wrong information. Because she took so long, I have been without pay for over 2 weeks.

I will NEVER come back to this doctors office again. They are a pathetic excuse for a professional office and deserve nothing but the worst.

SNOBBY!!

I just called to make an appointment as a 1st time patient and based on that phone call I don't think I would use this practice. The gal was snobby to say the least and they are booking 4 months out. I did not see the review previously posted before I called but it seems to match what I feel without even going there. I am looking for another place that is more friendly! I was told they deal with diabetes and thyroid the receptionist said they don't do hormones. Well aren't the hormones controlling some of those problems???

Had enough

I have been a diabetic patient using this group for maany years. I finally had enough of the receptionists, rn's and other employees who are arrogant and about as helpful as the wall. In all my appointments I have always been at least 1 hour behind schedule and most times more. The doctors are competent enough but I have never had an apology for their tardiness which one might think is common courtesy.

The final straw came recently when after waiting the obligatory 1 hour I asked the receptionist how long it would be before I saw the doctor. You are next, she said, but I hve no idea how long that might be. I snappped since this seems to the boiler plate answer to my question and has been used before. The thought of taken to an exam room and waiting another half an hour was too much. On the spot I picked up my coat, fired my MD and left never to return.
