Northwest Taxi Service

I recently called Northwest Taxi for service and wasn't sure what to expect. Reading the other reviews helped me choose to call them first and found them to be exactly correct. So I am writing my own. First I called at the last minute on Sunday for a pickup Monday (6:00 am) early. I got an actual person on the phone immediately and they were pleasant to talk to. They accommodated the request without hesitation and gave me a separate direct number to call in case of problem. I never expected it to be that easy. I've called plenty of other services before and found many of the people answering sounded like they could care less about my business. Several times, I never felt confident I would get picked up. Not the case with Northwest. Second, I'm not sure if my driver was Calvin, but he was right on time, pleasant and followed my directions clearly. The taxi was clean, inside and out, no foul smells and we arrived ahead of schedule. I had an excellent experience. I will use the service again; and, will hope it is consistent. I did make the mistake of not taking advantage of their coupons. Please check them out-there is even a local one. Every little bit helps and a nice offer from them. Thank you!

Calvin is always there on time, no matter what time of the day we need his taxi service. We always use his service to go to ohare airport, he is very reliable. He goes above and beyond to provide good customer service.

Calvin got me to airport in record time when I was running late. He said he had a track record of no customer missing their flight and didn't want to break the streak. Asked me to text him to let him know when I was on the plane. Super cool guy, professional, and a great driver!

What a great ride! The driver was helpful with my suitcases and on time. Offered a flat rate which saved me a lot of money.

After my original taxi did not arrive, even after 3 phone calls to dispatch I became desperate. I called Northwest Taxi Service next and they saved the day. Not only did my driver arrive quickly but he arrived with a smile and got me to O'Hare without missing my international flight. I will not only call them again but I will recommend them because of their dedication to excellent customer service, so rare these days.
