I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Patty, the respiratory therapist that I worked with at Apria. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and spent a tremendous amount of time making sure that I understood its function and how to use it properly. She also answered every question I had (and there were a lot!) with patience and care. She told me several times to feel free to call her if I had any problems or concerns at all. She even called me back 2 days later to check to see how I was doing and to offer a suggestion that she thought might help me.

Thank you, Patty, for your care and your expertise in teaching me about my CPAP machine. You really made the transition so much easier than I imagined it would be. Apria is indeed very fortunate to have you on staff.

I would like to thank the employers and staff of Apria, I am the lady that fussed and over talked the employers concerning an billing issue. But each one of them remained calm trying to explain the issue to me, we finally got to the bottom of the issue, of course it was an error of my own, I apologized for my bad behavior, and the employers of Apria accepted with grace without ever making me feel bad.
