It is our intention to lovingly welcome you as you are, and to provide a space that nurtures and supports you on your journey as you discover your yoga mindset. We are dedicated to creating true community, helping all of us to better connect with ourselves and those around us. Yoga Mindset is a Karma based studio that believes yoga should be accessible to everyone. As a karma based studio, we turn no one away due to financial difficulties. All are welcome. We challenge each individual to be fully present, and invite you to uncover a new way of being in your body and the world. As you open your heart, you will receive everything you need. We are all connected. We are one.
