        Don't spend your money with these people . Bought use boat from them boat leaks and had to take motor somewhere else to get fix cost me another 1000.00 . They told me it's a used boat what do u want. What I want was not to b ripped off that's all!

        Typically, a great place. Today, rude customer service. Borderline harassing treatment when requested to spell my name. Claimed he couldn't hear me, then asks "what do you want to do" when I get frustrated. Employee took pleasure in this incompetent display without true candor or apology. Very frustrated. We brought in our equipment 10 months ago and this employee now claims he doesn't have record of our service history. He was rushing to end the call. The last service was near $1000.00, but he can't (or didn't) put forth effort to truly take care of his customer. Other members at this location have historically provided great service. Competition is tough and there are plenty of other Polaris and competing ATV manufacturers on the market that provide better effort versus this employee.
