CVS Pharmacy

This is the worst cvs I have ever been to. Unfortunately, our only option in Franklin county for anything a dollar general does not sell. Rude staff year round, the prices on the merchandise are never up to date with the sales flyer, so you can count on getting a different price at the register. Cosmetic isle is always extremely under stocked, missing tons of merchandise & always a wreck to walk through. I never have a consistent good experience at this location. I am among many in Frankling county who would say this. The pharmacy staff is very cordial & friendly & I have no complaints there. This store use to close at 9 but they left the old 8 pm sign up so you would always see customer turn away in the parking lot. I have more than once asked them about the old sign on the door & they chose to keep it up even though it sent customers away an hour early. The end result- now they do close early at 8 again, but you can guarantee vacuuming to begin at 7 to let you know they are ready to close. This would seem to be such a busy store because of the lack of other stores in Franklin county, especially for a store that has medicines, baby formula, & tourist souvenirs. For a store that services so many tourist & locals in need of their merchandise they could use some training in customer service, consistent later hours, & someone to keep up inventory in busy isles like cosmetics/facial products.
