        Customer Service is excellent, from the time I walk into the store, where I'm greeted, as I'm browsing, I'm asked if I need any help, when I have questions about any product or where product is located at, to check out. I've been a customer for years & shop here at least 1 day a week & have never had a bad experience.

        Bad customer service

        This was my first time at the store, and I had an unpleasant experience.

        The employees were not friendly, or professional at all. They were all talking around the register, and too busy doing that to even greet any of the customers, including me, that were walking in the store.

        I will not be returning and do not recommend this store

        No wonder it's always empty

        bad customer service

        I received the worst customer service from a middle-aged women. I went in looking for a product or anything comparable. The employee was very combative and expressed no interest in assisting me. She was more interested in preparing her own drink. I became so angry and left. I vow to never patronize this store and will be sure to spread the word.
