Taco Bell

I hate giving a bad review, but something needs to change with the Ankeny location! We were so excited about getting a Taco Bell here, but it's being ran by Morons! I tried calling but can't get anyone, except the fax machine! Every time my son has been there he's always had problems, getting the wrong food or having to wait a while! Last night topped it when my husband went there last night. He was up there for 75 minutes, only to get 3 items. He said the Manager hid in the back instead of stepping up and helping out. One girl that was supposed to take orders from drive thru customers just sat there looking at the screen (they had already closed the drive thru because of the back up). There were only 2 people preparing the food and one on the register. Come on people, have you ever heard of team work and multi tasking? The girl that sat looking at the screen should have been helping out,maybe take orders or help with food prep. The Manager should have been helping anywhere he could,especially helping to cook the food! When my husband finally got his food, the guy said sorry for the wait. I think they should have refunded him his money and given him his food since he did wait. Other people were just getting refunds and leaving! If they don't do something soon, we won't have a Taco Bell in Ankeny. We're not going there anymore unless they change and get some more people in there working and actually work! Sorry, but I'm really upset about this!
