        I went to Sonic specifically for the special half off promotion on your shakes. I ordered my shake and when I got to the window they told me my price I thought it was too high and stated that I though shakes were half off today. Rebecca the manager told me I had to tell them about the promotion when I ordered it. I asked if she could fix it now since I hadnt paid and I didnt see that on the facebook add she said No. I told her I didnt want the items them. She said Ok and shut the window. I waited so I could ask for the managers information which is when she said she was the manager. I asked if they had a customer service number she told me I would have to look online.
