Raini Nail Salon

All things at this salon make me satisfied: services, staff and the space of Rani Nail Salon. They provide all services that I need, the staff is friendly and professional, pampers customers from head to toe, so I never have to complain about anything. They also keep thei space always clean and airy, which make me comforable every time coming here.

Let me start off by saying that the rating I'm giving is based on my experience of the salon's/stylist's customer service and not an actual cut/color. A few months ago, my sister had her hair cut and colored by Joanne (whom I liked very much and thought she had done a great job). Because my sister travels so much, before getting her hair colored by Joanne, she had asked her for the color formula so that she could do her touch ups on the road, to which Joanne had agreed. Apparently when Joanne provided my sister with the information, for whatever reason she hadn't given her the exact formula which created an issue between the two of them. Personally, I had been looking forward to having Joanne cut my hair (as we both have similar curly hair). When I called to get an appointment, upon finding out my last name, I was told that because my sister had had an issue with her, that they would have to clear the appointment with Joanne and that I would get a call back. This morning I found out that Joanne is refusing to cut my hair, simply because of her experience with my sister! I am fascinated and frustrated by this unprofessional and immature behavior. Be careful not to upset her, she may refuse to cut your friend's hair.

i cant believe the greatness which is the haircut i just got at indra salon in andover, ma. i feel like a million bucks and wish it was friday so i could hit the town. the place is great. sarah sheppard did an amazing job and i wont be going anywhere else from now on. she was great to talk to, cut me quick and delivered exactly what i wanted. also they have massaging chairs when you get your hair washed and complimentary drinks, hand and head massages. i wont be going anywhere else. go there now if you havent been!

I have been going to Jose since his days at Marc Harris and I wish he was still there. Jose's prices have increased considerably and his service has actually gone down. It seems that everytime I get a haircut his prices have increased again and he is always trying to add other products to my hair that increase the price even more. These are Newbury street prices in Andover. Definitely not worth it! Also, the girls who wash my hair are very nice but they are terrible. They either practically tear my head off or leave soap and hair dye in my ears and on my forehead. To make matters worse at least before at Marc Harris Jose actually seemed to care about what I had to say when asked about my family etc but now he asks a question and you know he hasn't listened to a word or your response. Why even ask ? If you don't want to talk thats ok but don't fake it. I know I am not the only client of Jose to feel this way and as soon as I find another stylist in town I will be leaving.It is too bad because I really did like him once.
