They're extremely helpful, timely, and passionate. Not only does Butch have an answer for all mechanical questions, he's a great conversation when you are waiting for your vehicle. Honestly, this is the only shop I trust with my vehicle. Everytime I've brought my vehicle here it has been taken care of and completely fixed. I recently wrote a review on this company. It was not a good one. They have since improved my view of this company. I still believe their customer relations need to be improved but their mechanical work is still good.

We live over 200 miles away from Anchorage and we're getting hosed by local mechanics. We were in Anchorage for a family members surgery and got referred here. We had two older vehicles we've been told needed a long list of repairs. Butch was able to tell us what REALLY needed attention and get the work done on both vehicles within 24 hours of our asking. The work was top notch and the rates were untouchable. Don't go anywhere else!!
