Excellent service from the sales person in the store to the outstanding delivery people. I wondered how they delivery people could get my old dryer down from upstairs in a townhouse, so 3 flights of stairs. And how would they get the new one upstairs around 2 corners where the stairs reversed directions. Well, these experts did it in a seemingly effortless manner, although I know that dryer must be awkward and heavy!

They maneuvered the dryer around the tight corners up the narrow stairs without disturbing even the position of a picture on the wall and I have lots of pictures along the stairs! Not one bump into the wall! And I did not have to lift up any throw rugs or do anything to rearrange my house. They were polite and very professional, removing their shoes. And the total time at my house was so short! They called in the morning and again when on their way. I am so impressed with the ease of the delivery, the time it took, and no disturbance to my house.
