Nova is a good company people, no problems, they are quick, and the people that I have met that work there are all very good, caring people.

What a great company, my husband and I live in one of their properties and I have nothing bad to say. They keep up on the property and to this day I haven't run into any problems with them. I plan on continuing to rent through this company for awhile.

I am pretty satisfied with the way they conduct business. They have made renting a home very easy for me. The other day my heat went out so I gave them a call half expecting it to take a week or so to get it fixed, but they sent a couple maintenance people out that day! They got it fixed and working and were on their way. I was shocked at how quickly they responded to my request.

We would like to take a minute and let everyone know, that Nova Property is absolutely a wonderful place to do business with. Our company has been doing majority of Nova's appliance repair work for around 30 years now!

Everyone in the office that I deal with on a daily basis is a delight to work with.

Just moved to Anchorage and staying in a hotel with 2 dogs, what a nightmare.

Saw an add on Craigslist from Nova Property and got into it in one day. Normally they

say it takes time for the application. But they were all over it and really helped us out.

My dogs were so happy to have a yard again. Thanks you so much.

I moved into my Nova rental in October 2011, and since my move I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. During my initial apartment hunt and move in, the staff was friendly, professional, and prompt with each process of the lease agreement--making the move quick and easy. Obviously, each new home has its share of fix-ups and problems, but the staff at Nova has since responded quickly to each of my requests and fixed whatever problems the apartment has had. I feel very comfortable calling Nova when I have a question or concern, and I could not be happier to be living where I live and highly recommend Nova.

Nova property management is the BEST!! I literally had only one week to find a new rental because my land lords sold my current residence in a short sale and they helped me find a new place in THREE days! Val was so knowledgeable about all of their properties. She asked me relevant information about my needs and then provided several locations for me to preview on my own. I am really happy with my new place and it was refreshing to go work with a property management company as they do SO much of the work for you. I highly recommend Nova property management.

If I had to tell a friend about this company I would say they are great company too rent from. I could not give them 5 stars because no company is perfect I would if I could give them 4 and 3/4 stars. They always show up to my apartment in a timely manner and return my phone calls within 24 hr unless its an emergency then its usually within an hour or so but there's only been one of those when a pipe broke in the middle of winter and they had a plummer there in about an hour or so and fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess, this made me very happy and I got my carpet cleaned FOR FREE...lol. Gotta look at the bright side. The other times in the 4 yrs I've rented from them there has been a few small issues, like a pipe being clogged (their there the next day and fixed it) or no hot water (had to schedule a pluming company to come out and install new water htr because it went out and was no good). There prompt action and attention to detail is fantastic and I will rent from them again if I move but I'm pretty happy living right where I'm at. If you are looking for place to live I recommend NOVA.

Nova has managed my 4-plex for years. They do a great job and I feel they are looking out for my best interest. Quick repsonse, good rates, pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend them to other property investors.

It allways crackes me up when i see reviews on a business. Let me be honest,

i saw a property with one of the managers, and she was real on top of it, found

me a place i love, still living there and still like, maitenance is a little slow but

they probably manage more than one property so im under the impression sometimes

they are really busy, people in the office know who i am and i love that.



So if other people are unhappy to bad. I like it in my place.

Our family was new to Anchorage... with that in mind we were unsure of where to look for a place. The people at Nova were very helpful in listening to what our needs and concerns were. The place they helped us find is wokring out great and we are quite pleased with the schools that are kids attend. Thanks Nova!

i have been living in a nova properties for about 9 months and i've never had any problems with them, if ur late on the rent they don't harass you for the money as long as u pay it. They are not expensive if let them know whats goin on they will work with you 100% as long as u work with them
