        Overall

        WARNING!!! They use annoying robocalls ** you will never get the calls to stop. I left this company because the calls got to be a daily nuisance for over 2 years. Also, the calls have continued years after I quit seeing them. Also I have noticed that other people are having the same problem with them. Services were not very good and the price is almost 2 times higher than other eye care companies in Anchorage.

        These people should not be classed as "eye care professionals".
        The company used to work in the Sears Mall and that is where they belong.
        Doctors and staff are rude, stupid and for the past 3 years I have asked that they stop calling me as I want nothing to do with them and WARNING!!! you will never get the calls to stop and the texts will continue forever. If they get your name, phone number, cell number or e-mail you will never get rid of the constant harassment from them. I am now forced to pursue a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau since the formal written complaint did not work. Even though I received a written letter back with an apology assuring me that it would stop.
        Of course it did not stop. WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!! The only good reviews on here about them is written by the staff, relatives and close friends.
        Check the BBB you will see multiple cases of unhappy customers and mad customers.
