I went in for a steroid shot in my L4-S1, when they were done, I was in so much pain that they gave me 2 shots of dilaudid. When they said I can go home, I realized my entire lower extremity was completely numb, could move my toes, or flex the muscles in my lower back and butt muscles (I do that to stretch my lower back) ... I was paralyzed from the waist down. That was incredibly scary ����.
First time I went there, they told me they only take one Medicaid patient a year ����.. Whatevers...

I PROBABY WOULD NOT GIVE IT EVEN A 1 STAR... MAYBE A -1 STAR. If you are a drug addict... go there...they will "hook u up", if you have a serious back problem, go to a real doctor. They over charge, will not refer you to doctors that can help you, when the finally do refer you, it's to late. They just want to keep you coming in paying there very HIGH FEE'S, and are not in the least bit interested in getting you better! It is not to there advantage to get you better, then you will have to stop going there. There are to many good MD's in Anchorage, to waist your time here.



Make a report to the State Medical Board if you have had problems with these people, and make sure you always run a search on any doctor you plan on seeing for anything other than the flu! It will be worth your time!

Made an appointment with me and sent me all their paperwork made me jump through their hoops to get in then cancelled at the last second when they found I was on medicare; never mind that I have been suffering for several months with diabetic neural necropathy for several months and the pain is so bad that the pain meds are no longer doing any good they don't care bottom line.
