Before coming here we had been told not to by many people. The only reason my daughter and I went there to begin with was because our regular people were out of town so we decided to give them a shot. We went in on Sunday and got gel fills. By the time we got home, we both had cracks in one nail. The next day, all of my daughters nails had cracked polish. We went back to the salon that evening and had them completely repainted and I just had my one nail repainted. The girl who repainted our nails told us that it was because the polish was too thick. That night my daughter texts me pictures of her nails that are all cracked up again. I went back in there on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday to come in to get them fixed AGAIN, because she said if you have an appointment you don't have to wait. When we got there on Friday we weren't addressed at all. So then I asked about our appointments and they were busy. So apparently having an appointment doesn't matter at all. So we sat in waited and after about 5 minutes, the owner asked how he could help us. We proceeded to tell him what was going on and why we were there. He told us that he would give us our money back because our nails were too long and they can't do them.

Will never go back! Poor customer service and extremely rough with their hands. The guy was hurting me on purpose because I wouldnt pay him more than 30 $ for my crappy set. Overpriced!! He tried to charge me 45 for a set. He was so mean and unfriendly I almost walked out....

Took my family for pedicures today. This place was filthy! They did not clean basins in between customers and had dirty towels!! Gross, day ruined!!

I visited this salon for a fill on my gel nails. I will not go back. The customer service was poor, communication difficult and atmosphere not enjoyable. 1. The french tips were crooked because he held my hand crooked the whole time. I tried to tell him and instead of accepting his mistake, he said "you nail grow crooked." He filed it down to try to fix it, but by the time he was done, there was hardly any french tip left. 2. The wall said $18 for a relill. They don't tell you until you are done that it is $25 for a gel refill. 3. The movie they had on in the background was a very violent movie with the "F" word every other word. The nail salon should be a relaxing place to get a manicure, pedicure etc... In my opinion, a little difficult to relax with this type of ambiance.
