We have always been very pleased with Hillside Family Medicine and have been patients for many years.

My family loves Hillside. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have several doctors so even same-day appointments usually aren't a problem. I've seen most of the doctors and I like them all.

Patience are treated cooly factory style. Asking questions tend to mess up the assembly line. Don't be surprised if while asking where the bathroom is, you are referred to someone elst to ask. Its difficult to get a sentence out without being cut off and referred to someone else. If you want to figure costs as you go, because you want to be prepared to pay their bill, the procedure is intensely burecratic for such a small business and they will make it clear, you have annoyed them and will reap revenge, after that, whatever they tell you will most likely not be accurate, and much higher than you can imagine. They also give the appearance of in no way communicating with one another verbally or on paper, so be prepared to answer same questions repeatedly by who so ever enters exam room or lab area.
