One of the worst experiences ever. Angie was the lady that applied the color to my hair, she was great. The color itself with out bleach, haircut or style was $100.00. After one wash the "permanent" hair color started washing out in weird places. I went back in less than a week of the first application and had her re-apply the color on two sections due to washout. Within two weeks of getting the color put in it started to wash out at the root mostly and on the shaft of some of the sections it was colored. So I went in a third time to see of they could fix the problem with the washout and Angie told me that "he", which must have been the manager, said that they would have to charge me again to fix the washout. I only had the dye applied one time fully and the second time I went in she only applied the dye to two sections of my whole head, so a partial fix. I am so sad that there are still places that can preform a service for someone and let them leave unhappy and not fix the problem. The reputation of this place is poor and the customer service from the gay guy with the mohawk at the desk was horrendous. Never again.

Trying to make an appointment for a Saturday is next to impossible - But they are open sundays too.

Very happy with everyone there. I've been to 4 different stylists for my color and have always been impressed.

Its sometimes hard to make a same day appointment for color, even though they have like 15 hair stylists.

Prices are acceptable (though sometimes a little high, I think.. average for me is around $150 for cut and highlights).

The front desk people are very helpful, especially the guy (i think he's the manager too).

Oh, and they seem to only hire really pretty people (the guy is pretty cute too!).
