This is such a terrible business that they do not even deserve 1 star. Their equipment (oxygen) is poorly maintained and reeks of cigarette smoke. Their service is nonexistent. They say they will deliver and never show up. They say they will call back and never do. They obviously care only about collecting your medicare money and providing absolutely nothing in return.
Terrible services. Slow customer service. Used products handed out. Won't call you back!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!! Frontier medical was way better. Too bad Geneva Woods bought them out.
Horrible customer service! If your able to get your monthly supply order from another company - do it! They have had horrible customer service for years and now have combined businesses with another company in town and it's only become worse! Save yourself the time and go with another company!
I was discharged from providence with instructions to call Geneva woods about a supply of IV antibiotics, and the people I spoke with were very kind, answered all my questions, and sent a nurse over to my house right away. The nurse herself was understanding of my situation, very helpful in teaching me how to perform infusions myself, and even came back to help me when I realized my PICC was exposed to air that same night. Another nurse they sent to change my dressing was so great, not only was he very careful about replacing the dressing, but he also explained all the things he needed to do to it or put on the PICC line, and for that I'm very thankful. I don't know how they got so many 1 star reviews, maybe I was just lucky, but I will go back to Geneva woods if I ever need home healthcare again.
It seems to be a common opinion that this pharmacy could function much better for physicians and patients. People are going to lengths such as finding providers out of state that will mail medications and supplies. Some places they are the only choice for some services.
Spoke with one of the representative (Stephanie in Wheelchair Department) in regards to renting a motorized scooter. She keeps saying that she will call me back as within the end of the day or the next day, I waited for week hoping to get an answer from her but she never did call me back. Called her several times for and update and she keeps saying that she either spaced out, needs an approval from her supervisor, and needs to get a hold of the vendor for the scooter. After wasting a week waiting for nothing, I finally called Frontier Medical. Jennifer Watt helped me within 5 minutes, got the answer that I needed, emailed my invoice and placed my order right away. Geneva Woods' Management needs to look at this because you will end up loosing customers because of this kind of s=customer service.
I've dealt with this business multiple times and have yet to have a good experience. I work in an assisted living home and call prescriptions in to be delivered. They deliver promptly but their customer service is disgusting. I have dealt with multiple people over there, male and female, and they act as if I am inconveniencing them. I usually ask for someone else just hoping to get someone willing to help me with some manners. I don't know where they find these people but if you're looking for a company with compassion for others look elsewhere.
