Horrible. They're rude to customers not respectful and just horrible business owners. The girl in the store is very judgmental and mean, (I overheard her once talking bad about a customer to another employee saying that she was too fat to wear a dress). They're never open when they say they will be, multiple times I've had to wait outside the store when they were supposed to be open and they never showed up. Not impressed by this business.

We purchased a prom dress for senior prom for our daughter here. A clasp needed to be fixed so we Payed for the dress in full and left it with them to be fixed. They called us when the dress was ready for pick up on Thursday. Monday when my daughter went in to pick up her dress that was paid for was gone. They told my daughter they sold it. They argued with her & Refused to refund money although it was a mistake on their part. They offered her store credit & had no dresses in store her size and didn't expect to get any in before prom. I called store and the lady said she absolutely could not refund my money. I told her my daughter would not be leaving the store until they refunded money for the dress. She kept arguing with me and said it was a mistake and they would give us store credit. I told her we would never be doing business with this store again. She never once apologized for her mistake. Very rude and unapologetic. Left us 2 weeks to find a new dress!

NO... That's all I have words for is NO! Won't see me and my friends going back there ever again! Dress ripped as soon as I got home, woman was rude about return. Same dress online cost half the price. What a waste of money!

Don't plan on going back, most the items don't have any price tags, and when I ask the price I feel like she just tosses some high number on the items, items which I know if I searched online on lulu or Milanoo or some website like that I could find for one eighth the price she's selling this cr*p for! This is the second time I've been there, and fourth time I've gone to find the doors locked during their "open" hours. I almost gave up but the third time I went I was excited to see the doors were unlocked for once. The fourth time I went back the doors were again closed during their open hours, so I called the number for their business and the lady answered and said oh sorry out for lunch and asked me to hold on and that she would be there in five, thirty or so minutes passed I almost gave up right when the lady got there to open up the doors. Number one if they have lunch hours they need to set them up and set a norm time and advertise this on the door. Instead they leave potential customers confused. Also the three out of four times I did show up and the doors were locked were ALL random hours and times, varying from 1 pm to 4 pm. Lunch is typically 12. It just doesn't show they are trying hard enough for their service and any service like that doesn't strive for their customers. I will not be returning, it's a waste of gas money to drive to a dead end of locked doors, and their prices are frankly scummy. Won't be going back.

they try n get ya 2 buy more n more stuff, n i can nvr understand wht they sayin n there. i seen so much of the stuff n there at other places bein sold for way less and, i've actually been in there a few times and the lady always try rippin me off by telling me a different price each time i go in, cause they don't got not prices on nothin. those people r a scam, liars and cheats -Angela
