        Poor vehicle selection

        Only Malibu, Fusion, available which are not full size vehicles. Impala, Taurus are considered full size by auto industry.

        Only one person available at car return doing both checkout and returns, causing long delays at turn in.

        Will recommend Budget to my colleagues. at least you get what you have paid for.
