        worst decision of my LIFE!!! Do not go to Dr Keith Coombs or what is now called Luft Orthodontics here in Alaska, Anchorage. The result turned out like crap, the service was utterly crappy, and the people are the scum of this earth. I repeat stay away from this office, they will only make your teeth and health worse, than ever.. After paying over $6000, I can think of many other Dentists locally that would do a better job than these so called professionals. They are just criminals in an ortho office.

        Horrible, paid in full cash. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!! They couldn't even bill insurance because they fear fraud, and ask you to sign some form that has no letter head and is completely unnecessary. Don't go there! Your consult is ran by young ppl. They put the top braces on only. I paid in full and was treated like I owed them money after 90 days, and had an outstanding balance of 1500, after paying $5500.00 in full before work started. And they charged me a late fee. All because of their incompetence in billing practices. They are afraid of fraud??? Why? Must be fraud going on in their past to have this fear.

        It's been a great experience. Thanks for your prompt response to our one broken bracket and the ease of scheduling appointments. I also like that you give the kids the tools to be successful with dental hygiene while they have braces.

        I just finished a 2 year treatment here and my smile looks amazing!! I didn't used to smile very much but now I can't stop!!! I'm very pleased with the results.

        worst experience of my life

        horrible service other orthodontists were appalled at what had been done to my daughters teeth. the receptionist is psycho. paid thousands of dollars then embedded up going to a place where the dr knows what he's doing and the receptionist isn't crazy. I still have a hard time believing what happened at this office. filed with better business bureau and contacted a lawyer. do not go to coombs its not worth it!
