Service was excellent but noticed they don't use clean tools. Recommend either you bring your own or go somewhere else.

Used to be clean when they first opened. I came in for the first time in a few years and was surprised how run down the place looked, dirty and scuffed up. Yet they were busy so I assumed that they're still great at what they do. I had to wait even though they had chairs becsuse so many were broken, when one came open that had a working massage, as I was about to sit down I knowticed water pouring out the back of the chair and all over the electrical outlet. So they had to have me sit down again and wait. I should have just left at that point, because they took another person that came after me while the girl that was gonna do my nails cleaned up the water. When she finished she said she'll do my mani first,,, from that moment I started noticing how the towels were dingy and she kept putting the tools she used on me back in to her case instead of to the side to be cleaned, she seemed distracted and kept looking around, I might as well have painted my own nails. At that point Id been there for over an hour and had decided against the padi, thank god. I watched her take her tools without cleaning them and grab the next girl to do a padi. Before the had a chance to use them I let someone know so they can stop her! All I keep thinking about is how she nicked my finger and made me bleed with the same tool she was about to use on someone els, and how many people she used it on before she did my nails! Absolutely disgusting!
