Carlos Mexican Restaurant

When you walk in you have the choice of going to a dim lighted bar area or the dining area. We had chosen the bar area for our evening out and was not disappointed. The classic mild and hot salsa in the white and black bowls wifh a side of chips greeted us as we choose our booth. The Cadillac Margarita was recommended by our waitress and wow! It was freshly made and had a kick, just what I needed after a long day. I am a recently turned vegetarian so I do have a limited selection. I choose the spinach and mushroom enchiladas and yumm!! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and made to order. The refried beans are not from a can! I will definitely be visiting again.

I have never in my live paid money to eat such disgusting meal. The rice tasted as if it was made the day before and they just Re heat it in the microwave. The stake had a horrible smell. Honestly all I could compare the smell with was with fecal matter and I'm not exaggerating. It's the first time I ever go out of my way to write a review.EVER, because I sincerely don't want anyone to go thru what I experienced today

7 years of halfway decent service tonight broke the last straw. The strawberry dacquiri was sour, the waiter argued with me about my order then proceeded to continue to argue with me when I told him he brought out the wrong plate. The food was overcooked. Then when we complained NOT ONLY did the waiter laugh at us so did the OWNER!!!

They put baskets of chips on all tables and leave them out until someone sits down. Bland food.
