This is an unprofessional and just generally unpleasant company to deal with. I was hoping since Gordon was gone it would get better; this is not the case. -2 weeks without hot water in a 4plex -Incorrect application of payments and would not refund late fees due to their own errors -Was told i couldn't pay with a credit card over the phone so I drove there to be told I could have - Was called a liar when a complaint was filed against my unit that was untrue - Have been spoken to rude and even aggressively in pretty much all dealings with them in 5 years.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Horrible business ethics. Refuse to return phone calls, do not process payments in a timely manner, They have flat out LIED repeatedly to me, my realtor, the homeowners association, and I am now LOSING MONEY on my home that was scheduled to close because they let the AHFC approval lapse. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!

This is a great property management company. We have had Bonanza Realty managing our condo association since it was built. About a year ago the ownership changed hands and it is only getting better. They are totally on top of our financial, maintenance and other needs for the association. I would strongly recommend them to any association that needs management.

Needed to a Association Questionnaire filled out by a manager, received very little costumer care or feeling of importance from the front desk, and then when I finally was able to get a hold of a manager i was met with a condescending and rude tone. Unbelievable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BADDLY MANAGED COMPANY.

I am a resident of a neighborhood assoc since 1994 that is managed by Bonanza. I have 4 experiences with them...every one has been negative. I also found out that in each of the situations, other residents were and continue to be treated differently. The last experience was waiting 23 days for a paint color denial when other residents have been waiting a week with some residents not even asking before painting. When I expressed my concern to the manager and mentioned that I was considering going to bring the perception of disparate treatment to the attention to the city, the property manager no longer accepts my calls and will not respond acknowledging he has received my new request. 5 days and multiple requests as of today with not even an acknowledgement. I anticipate continued retribution from Bonanza. The effect on my situation is of no concern to Bonanza. If anyone knows who actually owns this company, please post their name and contact info. I would like to advise them of the unprofessional behavior. Beware...I would not trust this property manager to manage a garage sale much less a property.

I’m not impressed with Bonanza Property Management at all. I wrote them a letter instructing them of how to communicate with me while I was deployed for a year. Not once did they follow the instructing of contacting me via email. I only found out about issues with a renter after I called their office. Items I had requested repairs on took nearly 18 months before they ever came out to have a look at, requests to install a skylight using a contractor took 11 months, had to remodel my bathroom without the skylight as the work was done before they could even bother to reply. I sat in a board meeting with my HOA and Mr. Gordon Hazel, he assured me that he would look into this failed communications, nearly a month later he has yet to provide a reply, I have had to call their offices every week to follow up. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is serious about good communications and professionalism. Oh and don’t expect to get email from them they seem to only want to do business via U.S. Postal Service.

I have had negative experiences with both their billing practices and their handling of maintnenance issues. Working in the construction industry in Alaska and having an accounting degree I have experience with both of these areas. I was extremely dissapointed with their level of service and professionalism.
