        Worst Store ever........

        I paid for 99.00 to have someone come to the house do a quote for installing home theater. At the day of appointment, no one showed up or even call. Contacted the store, No one seem to know what is going on. Asked for store manager, said he does not take calls from customers directly. That I had to call Geek Squad. This is by far the worst store ever. Employees are not trained and Store manager not involve on the business.

        Musical Instruments Lessons

        AWFUL!!!!! The instructor doesn't look at his book, expects other to tell him his schedule. Was very rude & turned down his customer. A waste of time. Tim the instructor doesn't seem interested in making money or helping students. When I called to talk to a manager, the phone just rang & rang. I use to go to this Best Buy all the time, but I will make the drive to the one on Muldoon.

        Impossible to Get help

        I was looking for one thing. That was not where it would have been located in my opinion. After taking 15 minutes to actually find a person they took another 15 trying to find someone in the department that said thing was. Then after that person finally showed up they had no idea where it was either. So i asked a car guy from the garage while waiting and he found it. pretty sad in the customer service department.
