The techs ask/remind you that you owe money (if you do)Bad business to have techs dunning folks that should be the business office, it ruins the relationship between patients and techs!

This lady in the front desk with glasses is so rude. She is short in her answers and questions. Gives the impresión that she doesnt want to Work or talk to people... I say then get another Job!! U knew u wud b working with others deal with it and do ur Job!!! Meet coming hére again!! Awful!!! Awful service!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this review to let people know about the horrendous attitude and behavior of the receptionist at this particular office. I accompained my sister to the office, as we were sitting there waiting for her name to be called, several people approached the receptionist, this woman was so rude to the Spanish speaking customers, she would berrate them loudly if they made a mistake and came to this office instead of another office, she made a loud, disrespectful remark about one young lady, to the a gentleman who was working next to her, as she went into the doctors office. She would yell loudly at those people who spoke Spanish and wrote their names incorectly or did not follow her directions when filling out paper work. I was in the waiting room for approximately 30 minutes and this woman was rude, obnoxious, demeaning and loud to almost all the people that came through the door and spoke to her!!! I hope that more people complain!
