        I had a great experience buying a car from Autonation Chevrolet the staff was very knowledgeable and have a great selection of inventory. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle or just to service there current one to stop buy Autonation Chevrolet.

        I am sad to say that the service department needs a huge turn over. My 71 year old mother was in an auto accident. Someone ran a stop sign and plowed into the side of her car. The service people informed her it was just body damage. My mom tried telling them that her check engine light came on after the accident . No one would listen. Now it has been almost a year and she is visiting me in IL. I get in to drive her car and the steering wheel is not straight and the car really pulls to the left. I think she just needs an alignment. I take it to the auto body shop here. They tell me that her rear axle is bent, she needs 2 tire rims and 2 tires. They were all bent or damaged from the accident. Now since it has been so long, the claim is closed, and I am paying $3000.00 to get her car fixed. I am so disappointed with Plains Chevrolet. All they had to do was THEIR job, and my moms car would have be fixed the right way. Just think twice, before you drop your car off there. Sonya Krause
