        Have purchased many items over a period of about 15 years. The owner Troy, has always treated me more than fairly. Knowledgeable staff with tools, guitars, and guns. If I need to find a used item or tool, I never think twice about shopping there first.

        GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would highly recommend. I have been to several archery places in the metroplex and hands down Alvarado Pawn and Achery is the best place to purchase a bow. We had a 45 minute drive, but it was well worth it.

        I have been Bowhunting for over 20 years and I would say the service I got from Jim was the best experience I have had in a proshop. Jim and his staff are friendly, down to earth, passionate about archery, and very knowledgable about setting up your new bow (or even tuning your old bow)... I refuse to shop anywhere else for archery gear. Jim, thanks for setting up my 2011 Mathews Z7 Xtreme and I look forward to the purchase of a Jewel for my wife soon...Mike Applegate
