As far as professionalism goes, these employees do not have it. They are incredibly rude, arrogant, and, to put it bluntly, snobby. They were also inordinately lazy, and had many customers waiting on them while they hung out with each other. I have no idea how they're still in business - you could get the same results at cost-cutters, or even from your 10 year-old niece and probably get better service.

Do not ever go here!! The staff were very unprofessional and rude. Rob, one of the stylist made rude comments about clients and was very late with his appointments.
