Vapor and Company

Bought a Evo aio that short circuits all day long and requires me to take off top, reconnect and turn on and off. This only sometimes solves the problem, sometimes I have to repeat that sequence several times to get it to work. Was unable to recreate this at store and the young lady I spoke with was very condescending and did not hear me out. Just kept saying that it is working fine now. As if I have something to gain from driving up to the store to replace the device with another one. She called the owner and explained that I was up there trying to replace a aio that was working fine failing to mention that it short circuits on me. They laughed. It was a very poor customer service experience. Im only giving 1 star because the person I bought it from was very good and knowledgeable. Does it make sense to lose a customer who would have bought all of his eliquid and coils from your store for the next several years instead of taking the word of a customer who had nothing to gain?
