It's said that how things start is likely how they will finish. Despite my efforts to tolerate Fabulous Events and Wedding with the consistent miscommunication and lack of organization, I have reached my limit. The contract with this company was signed 3/14/2015 with a tasting and consultation scheduled for 3/22/15. Both tasting and consultation were rescheduled several times due to Fabulous Events stumbling across the fact the facility would not be available last minute.

The tasting finally took place May 3rd, beyond the contractual 30 to 45 days. The Consultation is still pending due to lack of communication between staff on what is needed and expected.

The Wedding Couple was not informed in a timely manner when the consultant the contract was signed under had left the company. Not to mention the payment ordeal; having to convince the company to honor payment terms promised and agreed upon when the contract was signed of 45 days prior to the event date. We were to speak the weekend of 5/16, however, my call was not returned until 2 weeks later.



Finally, I was told my full refund was being processed and mailed out 6/7/15 and as of today 7/26/15, that refund has yet to surface. I have sent multiple emails, text message, called mulitlple times and left message that have all not been responded to. All I want is my money back so that I can book a proper venue in time for my wedding.
