Haverty's Furniture

We had bought a very nice looking section, back about a year and 1/2 ago. The sectional has two sections to it but no way to clamp it together. The cushion felt totally different than the one on the showroom. You sunk down way to far to be comfortable. I went to a great Upholstry place and had the cushions redone which cost another $800 dollars. Now it is a great sofa but still does not clamp together.



Trusting the Saleman again which has not returned my call yet, so I guess I am wrong about the salesman being honest. We were STUPID and trust him again. We bought a Sternes and Foster king mattress. It has our impression where we sleep. I called on Dec. 12th to Havertys to talk to the Salesman I had for the sale, because that is what you are suppose to do it. Well it is Dec.20th and still no call back. Shame on Oscar. I suppose I will have to call Sternes and Foster to get anything done about this. We will not be this STUPID anymore. We have lost our confidence in Havertys.

Haverty's does not fully honor the extended warranty we purchased on two leather pieces. Our first set started to turn ORANGE and they did exchange after not being able to fix the issue. However, we now are having the same issue (with even more discoloration) and they now tell us we are out of luck even after both a salesman and the tech himself that came out to look at it said these particular pieces had been having issues. We now have a sofa and loveseat that is turning orange in several areas and they now say that our dog is cause. Well, our dog is not causing the leather to turn ORANGE. I am just ready to be done with Haverty's and their inconsistencies.
