Alden Animal Hospital

Do not for any reason take your animals to Alden Small Animal Hospital! I'm so upset frustrated and disappointed at the sorry excuse for care that we received there today. I have been going there since I was in high school and things have definitely changed since Dr Hicks left. Our dog ran away and needed some updated vaccinations to make sure that she's safe not knowing what she got into while she was out causing trouble. I was pleased that they were able to get us in right away however we got there and the so-called doctor Wilson came in the room for about 30 seconds listened to her heart and looked in her ears and called that an exam. I'm sorry she just ran away she had Thorns stuck to her Lord knows what she got into do you think you could at least check her for ticks cuts on her paws anything? I can tell you we will never go back. Our records are in the process of being faxed to our new vet . End rant!!!

I've been bringing my dogs here for 17 years. Dr Wilson is absolutely wonderful and always aires on the side of caution rather than jumping in and doing things that would otherwise be extremely costly. He only takes the more invasive root when absolutely necessary. Dr Hitt has been a great addition to the practice. She too aires on the side of caution when treating my pets. The staff is fabulous! Noelle, Melissa, and Andrea have been there forever lol Everyone there TRULY CARES and they do everything they can to help. I'd never go anywhere else!

I've been going there for years, as long as I can remember. They treat you like family. When you need help they are right there. I've even brought a goat into the facility for some shots and Dr. Wilson was more than happy to help us out! I couldn't be any happier than I am with this hospital.
