Walmart Supercenter

Paid for an oil change. They broke my air filter box. Refused to take any responsibility. Josh the "shop leader/supervisor" yelled at me and said "you'll have to get a lawyer". Spoke with his boss, Ben, they filed a claim with the insurance. The insurance company reviewed the video and said that they can't tell if it was broken at Walmart or not, cause the video is "unclear and at a bad angle". Therefore, they will not pay for repairs. My $50 oil change is now costing me $800 for pairs and service to fit what Walmart employees broke. Do yourself a favor, go some where else for any auto services.

Gave me the correct listing the first time

I am going to stop going to this Walmart in Maryville, a nice little town next to the Smokies. The manager does not care about the customers. They check your receipt and cart at the door. Never been to a Walmart that does that. They are always out of popular grocery items. CDs are under lock and key. I think he is trying to be a regional manager and is following corporate rules to the max at the expense of customers. It's a shame that every customer is seen as a criminal. I well go to another store. Especially in this nice little friendly town. He brings the atmosphere down.
