We bought a Skyview home, 2 years ago, largely because of the Scott Patrick name behind it. We expected a higher level of quality and customer service. Unfortunately, we are so frustrated with the issues we’ve been having with our appliances:Our water heater failed for the 2nd time last night. Our dishwasher has to be replaced because the motor completely quit.The heater/cooler has already needed repair. Also, the unit was installed in such a way that the water is actually draining into the unit and not away from it. It needs to be readjusted or turned or we will have problems down the road.We have stainless steal appliances in the kitchen, and the plastic parts on the microwave have chipped. In fact, the vent above the microwave completely fell off and we had to glue it back on. The paint on the stove top is also chipping.I can understand if one appliance goes out, but we have had issues with all of them. I think this is a clear indication of poor quality. We’ve been trying t
