It was AWFUL!The rent is outrageous, and utilities can go as high as $150.00 in summer for your refrigerated air which breaks constantly. To get them to fix things requires frequent phone calls, I even had to write a breach of obligations letter to get things done. The stairways and hallways are DISGUSTING, the walls are thin, and the management is nasty at best. When you move out they try and nickel and dime you to death, and become just plain rude. There are much better places to live- keep looking.

Very poor and getting worse. Management dresses up the outside but, remember that YOU have to live inside. Maintenance is worth about what they're paid (0). Office staff is a laugh. Once you sign your lease (with all their worthless promises) you're pretty much on your own. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. If you're going to pay this kind of rent you can do MUCH better than this place.

Not a good place to live. This property used to be nice (about 8 years ago) but has really gone down hill. The buildings are old and plumbing, AC/heating, water and insect problems abound. Visits by APD officers are common to break up fights and to investigate vehicle theft and vandalism. Save yourself time, money and frustration, look elsewhere.
