The Dog Patch Pet Grooming

When will business owners and employees alike learn that 1st impressions DO matter to potential customers?I called to get a price on grooming for my dogs. The woman who answered didn't even identify the business until I asked if it was The Pet Groomery. I thought I must have mis-dialed due to her curt "hello?" greeting. She seemed impatient and annoyed that I was calling. We all have lives and get busy at work, but you should never take it out on customers. Despite the fact that I think their prices are high, I probably would have used them had I recieved courteous treatment on the phone. They certainly dont seem to need the business based on the womans holier than thou attitude. So I'll take my business where it's appreciated.

Pat does an exceptional job. The coats of my spaniel and terrier mixes are perfectly smooth after they've been shorn and groomed. Other places look very choppy.The best part is that my dogs don't end up staying in kennels for hours unnecessarily like every other place I've tried. If their appointment is at 8, I pick them up in a couple of hours - not at 3PMA little pricier than others, but worth every dollar
